What is Foundry Park?

Foundry Park is a new 30-acre neighborhood along the North Branch of the Chicago River, developed by JDL Development with Kayne Anderson Real Estate. It brings together riverfront condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, and apartments with boutique retail, restaurants, a two-acre central plaza, parks, and a half-mile public riverwalk.

Where is Foundry Park located?

Foundry Park is on Chicago’s North Side at Cortland, Southport, and Kingsbury, along the North Branch of the Chicago River. It sits between Lincoln Park, Bucktown, and Wicker Park, connecting the three neighborhoods to each other and to the river.

When does construction on Foundry Park begin?

Phase 1 of Foundry Park breaks ground in fall 2026. It includes over 725 homes in the residential buildings surrounding the Plaza, along with boutique retail, public space, and underground parking. Later phases extend Southport Avenue through the site and add more homes, shops, and parks.

Will there be parking at Foundry Park?

Yes. Foundry Park includes 325 shared underground parking spaces with direct access to the Plaza and the street, open to residents, shoppers, and visitors.

Who we are

Foundry Park is a neighborhood in Chicago developed by JDL Development with Kayne Anderson Real Estate. This website, https://foundryparkchicago.com/ (the “Site”), is operated by Foundry Park Properties KP7 LLC (“Foundry Park,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, submit an inquiry, or join our mailing list, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This policy applies only to the Site. It does not cover information collected offline, or by the websites of our partners and brokers, which have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect the information you enter into forms on the Site, including:

Inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the type of inquiry (condos, townhomes, and home lots; rental apartments; retail and restaurant leasing; or media and general inquiries), and any details you choose to add, such as budget range, number of bedrooms, purchase type, move-in timeline, interest in affordable (ARO) units, whether you are a broker, and your message.
Mailing list: your first name, last name, email address, and area of interest.
Email preferences: your email address, so we can send you a secure link to manage your subscriptions.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, in any form or message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit. We may use your IP address to estimate your general location, such as city or region. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and scripts. We use them to run the Site, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising.

Strictly necessary: These keep the Site secure and working, including form submissions and spam protection. Examples include session and security cookies.
Analytics: These count visits, show which pages are used, and help us improve the Site. We use Google Analytics.
Advertising and measurement: We plan to advertise through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When we do, their tags on the Site will collect information about your visit so we can measure the results of our ads and show Foundry Park ads to people who have visited the Site.

We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage these tools. Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information, but it loads the tags that do.

Google Analytics collects information about your use of the Site and sends it to Google. You can learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can manage personalized ads from Google at https://adssettings.google.com and from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site, including the inquiry form, may not work.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiry and connect you with the right sales, leasing, or media contact
Send you news, updates, and event information about Foundry Park, if you signed up or asked to hear from us
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our advertising
Prevent fraud, spam, and misuse of the Site
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it as described below.

Sales and leasing partners: We send your inquiry to the partner who handles that request. Residential sales inquiries go to Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Rental apartment inquiries go to RL Accelerated. Retail and restaurant leasing inquiries go to Savills. These partners use your information to respond to you and are responsible for their own handling of it.
Development team: We may share inquiry information with JDL Development and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, and their affiliates, for the purposes described in this policy.
Service providers: We use vendors who help us run the Site and our communications, such as website hosting, content management, email delivery, analytics, and advertising providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Foundry Park, our users, or others.
Business transfers: If the Site or the project is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent: We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree to it.

When we run ads through Google and Meta, their tags collect information about your visits to the Site, as described in the cookies section. Under some state laws, this counts as “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out as described in Your choices.

We may also share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you.

Your choices

Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by requesting a secure link on our Email Preferences page at https://foundryparkchicago.com/email-preferences. We may still send you messages related to an inquiry you made.
Cookies and ads: You can manage cookies in your browser and use the opt-out tools listed above. You can also opt out of targeted advertising by contacting us.
Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting us as described below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep some information where the law requires or allows it.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, keep you informed about the project if you asked us to, and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including those of our development, sales, and leasing partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, such as the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.

The Site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or with a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
