Since Chicago was founded, Lincoln Park, Bucktown, and Wicker Park have been separated by industry. Foundry Park reconnects these three great Chicago neighborhoods, both to each other and to the river.
Phase 1 begins fall 2026 and includes the residential buildings surrounding the Plaza together with boutique retail, public spaces, and underground parking.
